Refund and Return Policy

At Silver Smart Life Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you shopped online or visited us in-store, here is how our return and refund process works.

1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of in-store purchase, or from the date your online order was delivered, to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • It must include all original parts, accessories, power cords, and instruction manuals.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (store receipt, online order confirmation, or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or wellness products.

  • Mattress protectors, cushions, support braces, or wearable items that come into direct contact with skin.

  • Clearance, "Final Sale," or customized items.

  • In-Store Returns (Free): Bring the item, its packaging, and your receipt directly to our physical retail location during normal business hours for an immediate refund or exchange.

  • Please note: Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
