Refund and Return Policy
At Silver Smart Life Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you shopped online or visited us in-store, here is how our return and refund process works.
1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of in-store purchase, or from the date your online order was delivered, to request a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
It must include all original parts, accessories, power cords, and instruction manuals.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (store receipt, online order confirmation, or invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:
Personal care, hygiene, or wellness products.
Mattress protectors, cushions, support braces, or wearable items that come into direct contact with skin.
Clearance, "Final Sale," or customized items.
4. How to Return an Item
In-Store Returns (Free): Bring the item, its packaging, and your receipt directly to our physical retail location during normal business hours for an immediate refund or exchange.

Please note: Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
